Sub-Committee Application

About UNIT:

UNIT is an active student-run society at the University of Sydney. Our goal is to connect like-minded people who are interested in trading and investing. We offer a variety of free educational seminars, where industry representatives are invited to share their insights and experience. UNIT also provides a platform for members to meet up and discuss financial topics of interest.

The USyd UNIT Executive Team is looking for interested students to join our subcommittee. Our sub-committee plays an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of UNIT's events. Some of the sub-committee’s roles include but are not limited to:

- Helping to plan and organise events
- Opportunities to liase with corporate sponsors
- Marketing and event promotion
- Development and production of newsletter and magazine publications

Motivated people who have a desire to build their leadership, networking and organisational skills are encouraged to apply. Although prior experience is advantageous, it is not necessary. Furthermore, students from all degrees and year looking for an opportunity to start building their portfolio are welcome to apply!

How to Apply:
We only have a limited number of positions. We currently have positions open and the application process consists of a resume submission, a questionnaire and an interview with two of USyd UNIT's Executives. The time of the interview will be specified after your resume and questionnaire have been submitted and considered.

Closing Date:
Friday 22 March (5:00pm) (Week 3, Semester 1)
